

Attune - Therapy Group: Polyvagal Theory and Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery
This online group is for adults who are seeking an embodied approach to trauma therapy, in addition to their individual trauma therapy.
Using movement and yoga-based practices, we will explore ways to:
Understand and regulate your nervous system & naturally stimulate the vagus nerve
Reconnect with your body & ground in the present moment
Release unresolved patterns of fight, flight, freeze, or faint & widen your ability to tolerate emotional discomfort
Develop a felt sense of resilience & anchor yourself with self-compassion
Create personalized embodiment and yoga-based practices for self-care, stress management and life challenges
$ 360 for 6 sessions
Receipts for trauma group therapy will be issued for insurance purposes.
No previous yoga experience required. However, I ask that you have or are currently working with me or another therapist.

Tween Rock Band
WEEKLY from September 24, 2025 to November 26, 2025
Wednesdays from 3:45-5pm at the Hive on East Elliott
$380 /10 sessions, snacks provided
Ages: 10-13, Min 4- Max 7
Tween Rock Band is for 10-13 yo with a little experience and their own instrument. Tween Rock Band is NOT meant for absolute beginners. Basic fundamentals on an instrument meant for rock band is required. For example; a rhythm guitarist should know at least 4 basic chords.
This is a great opportunity to collaborate, creatively express themselves, learn more about being a musician and to simply “rock out!” (The music studio has a small drum kit, sound system, and a bass amp available to use during rehearsals)
When possible there is a concert to showcase what has been learned over the span of 10 rehearsals. There is a concert on November 29, 2025 for the TEEN Rock Band and the hope is that the Tween Rock Band will perform 2-3 pieces; location to be determined at a later date.

Through play-based activities and engaging conversations, members in the group learn to communicate, collaborate and encourage each other in the development of foundational skills, paving the path to greater academic and social success. 5 things we look closely at are as follows;
Noticing emotions and when they change
Understanding the positive and negative consequences of emotions
Naming emotions to understand and tame their outcome
Learning to express emotions in a helpful way
Using strategies to help with self-regulation when situations are difficult and emotions run high.

Adult Rock Band
Is your inner ROCK STAR waiting to break free? Well here’s your opportunity!
Adult Rock Band is a rock band for those 19+ with SOME experience and your own instrument. The studio has a small drum kit, sound system, and a bass amp available to use during rehearsals.
This 8 week, low key, 4-6 piece rock band will provide you with an opportunity to collaborate, creatively express yourself, learn more music, and learn &/or share techniques that make music exciting!
In the words of Alanis Morrisette, “You Live, You Learn!” Why not learn together and ROCK OUT!!!

Teen Rock Band
WEEKLY from September 26, 2025 to November 28, 2025 (no rehearsals October 10 & 31)

Teen Rock Band is a rock band for teens with SOME experience and their own instrument. This is a great opportunity to collaborate, creatively express themselves, learn more about being a musician, learn and share techniques to make the music more exciting to play and listen to. The music studio has a small drum kit, sound system, and a bass amp available to use during rehearsals.
When possible there is a concert to showcase what has been learned over the span of 8 rehearsals. The concert will be held on November 29, 2025; location to be determined at a later date.

Arts Based Day Camp Ages 8-13 $350
5 days of music, visual art, drama, dance, outdoor activities, games & more!
Spend 5 days with us working on social/emotional skill building, communication, and regulation, through play, making music, moving, and being creative.
-Mornings are dedicated to making music through Rock Band OR Youth Orchestra (you get to choose and there is no expectation that you already know how to play an instrument)
-We end each day at Avery Beach for outdoor fun and swimming; with a registered life guard.

Rock Band (ages 8-13)

Rock Band offer opportunity to develop skills on a musical instrument in a small group setting. Through a combination of individual and group practice, young rockers will learn to collaborate, listen and express themselves. Etiquette, theory and regulation skills will be a focus throughout this fun and engaging time.
Student must provide their own instrument (except drums) and home practice is expected.
