Attune - Therapy Group: Polyvagal Theory and Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery

This online group is for adults who are seeking an embodied approach to trauma therapy, in addition to their individual trauma therapy.

Using movement and yoga-based practices, we will explore ways to:

  • Understand and regulate your nervous system & naturally stimulate the vagus nerve

  • Reconnect with your body & ground in the present moment

  • Release unresolved patterns of fight, flight, freeze, or faint & widen your ability to tolerate emotional discomfort

  • Develop a felt sense of resilience & anchor yourself with self-compassion

  • Create personalized embodiment and yoga-based practices for self-care, stress management and life challenges

$ 360 for 6 sessions

Receipts for trauma group therapy will be issued for insurance purposes.

No previous yoga experience required. However, I ask that you have or are currently working with me or another therapist.

Please contact Anna at thehive@anuedling.com for more information & to register.
