Anna C Nuedling, MACP, RSW
Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist
Anna holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. She brings 20 years of experience in clinical work, in public mental health agencies and private practice, working with children, youth, families and adults.
Anna believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change, healing and a new path forward. By drawing on her expertise in many approaches, Anna works with her clients to determine individual goals, and steps towards health and healing.
As a certified EMDR therapist, Anna has a particular passion for helping clients of all ages heal from trauma.
In her time away from work, Anna loves to play her violin, and spend time outdoors.
Alana N Nuedling, HBMus, BEd, OCT
Educator & Certified Life Coach
Alana is a certified teacher & life coach with a specialty in music education. She brings 20 years of experience teaching in the public school system, as well as running music programs in the community.
As a deeply relational person, Alana brings the gift of connecting with children and youth, offering a safe space to learn about themselves. This becomes the foundation for building skills and growing confidence.
Her group programming is process oriented, offering children ages 4-14 a safe space for discovery, participation, and mastery.
As a Certified Life Coach, Alana offers coaching to adults, teens and young adults.
Teen Rock Band offers teens a place to gather, make music and friends, while learning important social and emotional skills.
In her time away from work, Alana loves to be involved in community music, and spend time outdoors.
